This Nandos is one of the best in this area. Staff was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helped where they could. Food delicious and well presented, everything came in the right time. I believe during the pandemic it is a bit challenging to serve people in a different way then they used to it but they were completely on top of it. Manager (James was his name tag ) made sure with every table they are okay, he is a lovely person and very professional. ( I feel sorry for them dealing sometimes with people who does not want to understand the new system due to pandemic, but Insugges for them to go somewhere else rather then giving hard time for the staff, who are working hard and trying to make sure everything is great)

We stopped by Nando’s in the afternoon after a long, exhausting day of moving house, and Ajoke was an absolute highlight. Despite how tired we were, she made us feel instantly at ease—greeting us with a warm smile and getting us seated quickly. Her energy was exactly what we needed: attentive, upbeat, and genuinely fun. She checked in at just the right times and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The food was served very quickly and was hot and fresh, so kudos to the kitchen. Ajoke brought such a positive vibe that it turned a draining day into a really enjoyable one. Nando’s is lucky to have her!

Thank you for the pleasant experience. Probably the nicest Nando's I've been to regarding service; prompt and highly attentive staff to customers on site - even the more eccentric visitors! Food was initially cold on arrival but staff got it up to standard upon request. Thanks! It made all the difference Also, shout out to the Google translator duo on legs - they're multilingual and catered to a variety of customers which was amazing!!! Especially the tall, black, polyglot gentleman who seemed to be managing everything personally from tills, customer enquiries, delivery window and table running!

We are so pleased how the staff here made my Birthday and Mother's Day a very memorable one for me, my daughter and husband. It was their first time to dine in at Nando's and they were impressed how the atmosphere, the friendly staff did not fail my expectation! Pleased to have been waited by Nai, she was fast serving our food. Their Manager, Frank served us in the till and was so helpful with our orders and gave us NHS discount and may be some for Mother's Day and my Birthday, what mattered was we had a great meal! Thank you and we shall be back soon!

Very nice branch of Nando’s. Was seated immediately and ordered via the QR code. The food came out in less than 5 minutes! The rice bowl was tasty, hot chips (bigger portion than other branches I’ve been to :) and soft yet crispy garlic bread. Everything was clean and good service from the guys working.

I was there with my 11-year-old son who only speaks French. We were lucky to have the beautiful Nai at the checkout. She is very welcoming with her nice smile and above all patience. She came own table many time to see if everything was fine. She gave a pencil and paper to my son. She was very helpful. Thank you Nai for your great customer service hope to see you soon

Amazing place, amazing food. I like the sauces so much! I should have took the picture earlier. Great staffs as well. I have to order some more because of the taste.
